AP Restoration performed a structural repair on our garage. The joists were not up to the current code and began to fail. This caused the drywall on the ceiling to fall, our garage door to no operate correctly, and unsafe for us to store items like our vehicles in the garage. AP sent their framer to inspect the area. They clearly and concisely relayed their solution. AP corrected all of the issues listed above, added more storage space, reinforced the area so the same issue would never come back. The crew was polite, respectful, and conducted themselves as professionals. All of this while submitting the lowest of three (3) bids we sought. AP will be getting all of general contracting work in the future.
